In order to come from Rianxo to Santiago, our artist Castelao used to take a boat across the Ría de Arousa towards Vilagarcía. There he used to catch the train that brought him to the old Cornes Station, which was the last stop of the first railway line of the History of Galicia (Santiago de Compostela-Carril).
In Castelao Foundation we want to value this space because without it, Castelao would not have reached Santiago and neither would have many of his characters.
